How Meditation Works - Huberman Lab Part 1

The image associated with this blog post is a concept called sketch noting. It is important to try something new and this is it for me. My goal is to use this style of notetaking/writing to showcase various educational talks that provide some insight in mental health first aid. This one in particular was completed while listening to the Huberman Lab - “How Meditation Works.” I believe this particular topic is important in mental health care and people should know how it works.
